For truckers with 1 to 5 trucks
We add up your IFTA miles.
Truck drivers must tell every state how many miles they drove. Send us your trip logs and fuel receipts. We add it all up, state by state, ready for you to file.
The rule says the last day of the month after the quarter. 31 Oct 2026 is a Saturday, so it moves to Monday 2 Nov (IFTA rule R960). Counting to 11:59 PM Eastern; your base state may close its portal earlier. Send us your logs by Wed 28 Oct.
Who it is for
Owner-operators and tiny fleets.
- You own 1 to 5 trucks with an IFTA licence
- You do the quarterly IFTA return yourself, or want to
- Your logs are an ELD export, a spreadsheet, a fuel card statement or photos of paper logs
- Fleets over 5 trucks
- Anyone who wants us to file or pay the tax for them (we do not)
- Federal taxes, Form 2290 or state income tax
How it works
Three steps. That is it.
Send your logs
Fill in the short form, then email your trip logs and fuel receipts. Photos are fine.
We add it up
We total your miles and gallons for every state, work out your miles per gallon and use the official IFTA tax rates for the quarter.
You file it
In 2 business days you get a filled worksheet showing each state: miles, gallons, tax or credit. You type it into your state’s IFTA return.
What you get
A finished worksheet, state by state.
State-by-state worksheet
Every IFTA state and province, with your miles, taxable gallons, fuel bought, the official rate and tax or credit.
One-page summary
The totals you type into your return, plus anything odd we spotted, like a missing receipt.
What we checked
Gaps between trips, fuel with no matching miles, states with surcharges like Kentucky and Virginia.
The price
One price. No surprises.
- Up to 5 trucks, one business
- All IFTA states and Canadian provinces
- Official IFTA tax rates for the quarter
- Ready in 2 business days from complete logs
- One round of fixes, free
Plain truth: we are not tax preparers, we are not your accountant, and we do not file or pay anything for you. You check the worksheet and you file your own IFTA return with your base state. Not tax advice.
Questions
Straight answers.
What is IFTA, simply?
If your truck crosses state lines, you pay fuel tax to each state for the miles you drove there. Every 3 months you send one return to your home state, which shares it out.
When is the next deadline?
The 3rd quarter 2026 return (July to September) is due Monday 2 Nov 2026. The usual date is the last day of the month, 31 Oct, but that is a Saturday, so the IFTA rules move it to the next business day.
Do you file it for me?
No. We are not tax preparers and we do not file. We hand you a finished worksheet; you type the numbers into your state’s IFTA return or portal.
What do I send?
Trip logs with the miles in each state (ELD export, spreadsheet, trip sheets or photos), and every fuel receipt or your fuel card statement for the quarter.
Which tax rates do you use?
The official rate matrix from IFTA, Inc. for the quarter you are filing. For July to September 2026 that is the 3Q2026 matrix.
What if my logs are messy?
Photos and paper are fine. If something is missing, like a fuel receipt or a day with no miles, we tell you before we finish.
Is my data safe?
We use your logs only to build your worksheet, and delete them 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
Refund policy
Fair, in plain words.
If we do not deliver within 2 business days of getting complete logs, you get a full refund.
If you are not happy with the worksheet, tell us within 7 days. We fix it, or refund you in full.
We never handle your taxes, so taxes, penalties or interest you owe your state are not refundable by us.
